Plyometrics Push Ups
In the following video, you’re going to discover a series of Plyometrics push ups that you can do that’ll help work on your hamstrings, chest and forearm muscles simultaneously.
These exercises should be done 2-3 times a session, approximately 3 times in a week. In order to lose weight with any strength training program it is important to also do cardio workouts at least 3 times in a week.
